Yes. Panamanian Transparency Law 6 states the following:
- Article 2: Everyone has the right to request, without the need to justify or explain, public access information held or known by the institutions mentioned in this Law.
- Principle of publicity: All information originating from public administration is public. The State must ensure an internal organization that systematizes information to provide access to citizens and for dissemination via media and the internet.

How often is the information updated?
We make every effort to update the information daily.
The content on Panama Empresas is regularly updated, pulling directly from state and public access platforms, just like a Panamanian citizen would. The content has not been modified or tampered with and does not contain sensitive or private information. Panama Empresas developers are not responsible for the content shown on the platform.
Why does my data appear on this site?
If your data appears, it is because you or your company are registered in the Public Registry of Panama. Some data also comes from official public registries published online by government agencies.
How can I request the removal of my information?
To be removed from Panama Empresas, you must request it via the "Request Removal or Deletion" button on the company’s file.
Important: The Panama Empresas database is used by global government entities including tax agencies, police, and other security forces. These clients expect our database to contain a full copy of public records. Manually deleted records are usually flagged as suspicious.
If one of these clients requests information about the removal, we must disclose when it was removed, who requested it, and the IP address. We may notify government entities about deleted records upon request and are not responsible for potential investigations by tax or regulatory authorities.
How long does it take to process my removal request?
Your request will be processed automatically after payment of administrative fees.
What happens if cookies are disabled?
If you block or reject cookies, some website services may be disabled and become unavailable to you. The quality of the site experience may also be affected.
How do I remove my data from Google and other search engines?
Once your data is removed from Panama Empresas, it may still appear on search engines (Google, Bing, etc.) until their indexes are updated. However, if someone visits Panama Empresas through a search engine, they will not see the removed content.
